In light and in accordance with the ASEAN Single Destination vision, we proudly present to all business event stakeholders the 2nd Southeast Asia Business Event Forum (SEABEF). In its sophomore edition, SEABEF will bring up some pressing issues such as sustainability agenda, human development, technological innovation and destination leveraging. Organized in parallel with the Wonderful Indonesia Tourism Fair, the forum will provide excellent networking opportunities between stakeholders and to connect with global players within respective industries.

Economic sustainability in business events remains the million-dollar question to many policy-makers and CEOs throughout the region. Current trend reveals an optimistic view as revenue for global live events and Southeast Asia Business Events Forum 2024 Asia Pacific MICE events in 2024 are projected to finally surpass the pre-pandemic level (PwC, 2023) and will almost double the pre-pandemic level by 2025 (Prudent Markets, 2024). In Seabef, participants will have a precious opportunity to view how high-level speakers from governments and associations across the region are taking stock of such situations through flagship policies and programs.
